Excited to Start!
So now that I've decided to play this little game, things have changed in my day to day living around the house. Everywhere I look I think, 'that's a perfect item to post in Craigslist and that would satisfy this category or that category.' Needless to say, I'm uber excited to get started! Less than a month to go!

Rules of the Game
Okay, here are the rules of the game. These are rules that I have to follow for myself. It's my own game (I'm not asking to sell other people's stuff as some people have thought).
RULES:
1) I have to buy or sell something on Craiglist each week for 52 weeks.
2) Under "FOR SALE" in Craigslist there are 36 categories. I must buy or sell something in each of the 36 categories. Now, to be fair, I did see someone selling a beer keg in the RV section so I can be creative if I have to (ie; I don't have a boat, RV or car to sell so they will be tricky categories). Oh ya, there is one gimme ...one of the categories is labled 'free' so I guess that would be my one week of the year that no money will exchange hands.
3) Obey the top 2 rules.

52 Weeks With Craig
Okay, I admit it, I'm in love with Craig. I find that Craig just brings me so much joy and entertainment! I love what he has to offer - it just seems endless! In return, I have so much to offer Craig. He brings out the most in me. He never puts me down or disrespects me. A negative word about me has never left his lips. The best part about it is that I don't have to cook for him, I don't clean up after him and he never argues with me or causes me angst. In fact, he is just there. Always. Period.
Okay, so maybe you've figured this out already as no man could possibly live up to the description above. I'm talking about Craigslist as in www.craigslist.com!
I have always found Craigslist to be quite amusing. It all started for me when I decided one day to sell my driveway on Craigslist. Yes, my driveway. I was renovating the house and had a 4 car interlocking driveway that I wanted to get rid of. I took a picture of it, posted it, told the people that they needed to dig it up and give me a bit of cash. I had people from all walks of life wanting it. In fact, I sold it to one man who came to get it and quickly realized that it was too laborious a task for him. I told him not to worry about it and that I could sell it to another person which I promptly did for more money before the first man even left the driveway. Thus the beginning of the love affair.
So I've decided to make a little game out of it. (I'm a huge game freak and try to make games out of most things in life...more on that in later blogs). So here's my task. I am going to spend 52 weeks with Craig! What does that mean? I am tasking myself with either selling or buying an item from Craiglist each week for 52 weeks starting the first week of January! Will there be rules? Of course there will...this is a game afterall and no decent game would ever exist without rules. I'll post the rules next week.
